WHAT IS A GEARSTASH? The design of GearStash Systems is a new concept in gear storage, so here's an overview of what you get, how and why it works, and who uses it:

WHAT: Each size of the three primary systems has a wall-hanging fabric-backer with climbing-ladder/backpack style daisy-chain loops, a long-equipment HangStrap, several Mesh Bags of various sizes, a Wall Attachment Kit and an Owner's Manual.

HOW: You choose the placement of our moveable J-Hooks by slipping them onto these loops to then securely hang our custom Hang-Straps & Mesh Bags holding your contents.  Almost anything you have with a cord, strap, ring, or handle can be tied to or hung from these loops and hooks.  The hang strength of our loops and hooks will hold the weight of all typical gear; e.g., GS-2.5 = 300 pounds.

WHY: This functionally allows you to see and get to everything quickly so "Handy gear gets to go."

2.5 (Shown ready to hang)	GearStash can be set up in several minutes by following these steps. 1 - Select GearStash wall location (even inside a closet). 2 - Place the 2 screw-hooks in wall using kit furnished. 3 - Thread the hanging bar through the top loops. 4 - Place bar (with GearStash on it) over the hooks. THAT'S IT! See next photo for how to hang your gear.  GearStash 2.5 includes accessories listed next to 1st photo.
2.5 (Shown loaded with gear)	You're now ready to start hanging your gear.  Insert our gear hooks by slipping them into any of the 200 webbing-loops.  Position them where needed to fill GearStash. Use the HangStraps and mesh bags listed above (next to 1st photo) to hang skis, snowshoes, boots, shoes, skates, clothes, & misc. items. Some of your gear can be hung on Gearstash from its own cords, straps, rings, or handles. Our special straps and bags allow you to store all your gear compactly and securely, but still be very accessible.
5.0 (Shown as shipped)	The 5.0 model is twice the width of the 2.5 model (actually it is two, 2.5's hung side-by-side from two top-bars joined by a coupler) and has 400 loops and 40 gear hooks.  Select the model for the wall location you have available.  Call us with any questions. 5.0 (Shown loaded with gear)	The photo at left shows GearStash with gear hanging from its straps or handles and by our above listed accessories.
